HOW CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASED GOODS REPAIRED, REPLACED OR REFUNDED?
A 2-year warranty period starts as soon as you receive your purchase. If your product stops working within these 2 years, the dealer will have to find a solution for you. In some EU countries they have the right to ask the manufacturer instead or even the dealer.
If your product breaks down within the first 6 months, it is assumed that the problem was already present when you received the product, unless the dealer can prove otherwise. Accordingly, they have the right to a free repair or replacement, if this is too costly, the right to a partial or full refund.
If your product breaks down after 6 months or later, you still have the right to free repair or replacement, or at least a partial or full refund, but you may have to prove that the problem existed when you bought the product.
The European Consumer Centre in your country can help you if you have problems with goods and products purchased in the EU.
